We want you to love your brass hardware. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalized items (e.g. engraved pet tags, made-to-order sizes) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed in most cases.

How to Start a Return

Email us at vivawalls.com@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
